As if there is a visible line that shows someone's limit. Life would be easier. But life doesn't work that way. Have you seen a movie titled 'The Invention of Lying'? I had once imagined how this world work if we told every single thing that popped up in our minds, that would be no good. This world, our world, wants us to be honest. God always reminds us to be honest. The thing we have to learn is... how to be honest, with yourself, with people, without passing our limit first.
Don't swallow words. Even though some things better left unsaid, let them out. Just this once.
